Where do Hamsters Live?

Hamsters are tiny furry creatures and have been used as domesticated pets since last few centuries. In the wild hamsters live in borrows and which they dig themselves. We should try to keep the cage similar to the borrow in which they live. The cage should be in a dark and quiet place.

Hamsters have around 25 different breeds and who live in different parts of the world. But the breed which is kept the most are Syrian, Roborovski Dwarf and Campbell’s Dwarf Hamsters.
The Syrian hamsters live towards the north of Syria and in the south of Turkey.
Roborovski Dwarf Hamsters are found in the desert region of Lake Zaysan (Kazakhstan), Tuva (Mongolia) and Xinjiang (China). These Hamsters dig upto 6 feet deep tunnels in deserts.
Campbell’s Dwarf Hamsters live in the unpopulated regions of Mongolia,
